A Warm Welcome to Manor School

I am immensely proud to be the Headteacher of Manor School, and it is my great pleasure to welcome you to our school website.

Manor School is a large and growing primary special school in the London Borough of Brent and is part of The Rise Partnership Trust. We have around 260 incredible pupils, from Reception to Year 6, across three sites: Manor School Early Years Centre (MSEYC) on Bridge Road in Neasden, Manor School Kensal Rise on Chamberlayne Road, and Manor School Kilburn on Canterbury Road.

Most of our pupils begin their time with us in Reception at MSEYC before moving to either Manor School Kensal Rise or Manor School Kilburn in Year 1. Across all three sites, we are one school community, united by our values and our commitment to our pupils and their families.

Our motto, “Love, Learn, Laugh”, is at the heart of everything we do. We want our pupils to feel safe, valued and understood, to enjoy learning and to experience the joy of belonging to a caring school community. Our curriculum is broad, balanced and enriching, with personalised approaches that reflect each child’s strengths, needs and interests.

We aim to help every pupil make the most of their unique potential, developing their communication, confidence and independence. We never underestimate a child’s ability, and we treasure the close relationships we build with families.

Manor School has a reputation for excellence, built through the care, skill and dedication of our colleagues and the strong partnerships that support our pupils. We are proud of what we achieve together, while recognising that there is always more to learn and improve. We continue to reflect on our practice, listen to others and seek ways to strengthen our provision and make a positive difference to our pupils’ lives.

We are an outward-facing school, passionate about supporting the wider sector. We work closely with a range of schools, settings and professionals, sharing our knowledge and expertise while learning from theirs.
