Our Mission
As a member of Challenge Partners, we believe in collaboration between schools to enhance SEND, ensure high ambition for of all pupils and develop system leadership.
Our Priorities 2026-27

Further enhance and develop, building on 25/26 Hub work, quality of Curriculum/middle Leadership and management across the partnership; continue with middle leader meetings to further develop shared understanding of roles and curriculum/middle. This focus will enhance their Middle Leaders to lead on outstanding Teaching and Learning in their specific areas of responsibility and will provide group coaching opportunities.

Further enhance leaders' confidence, knowledge, and strategic understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used safely, ethically, and effectively to improve teaching, learning, assessment, and operational efficiency across the school.
- Further strengthen leaders' knowledge, skills, and strategic oversight of evidence-informed approaches to supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, ensuring consistent, inclusive, and effective practice across their school.
Hub Leadership Priorities

Ensure Hub meetings support key priorities as identified in School Improvement Plans: providing a forum for knowledge exchange and collective wisdom on persistent challenges through key priority presentations.

Ensure Hub meetings provide a safe, confidential space to discuss, share and find solutions to leadership challenges
- Ensure Hub leadership infrastructure and action plan are informed by Challenge Partners Gold Standard for Hub Networks by establishing vision and expectations by ensuring up to date terms of reference are developed.
- Hub leadership infrastructure and action plan are informed by Challenge Partners Gold Standard for Hub Networks by improving Hub communication through development of Hub website and branding.
