1. Further enhance and develop, building on 25/26 Hub work, quality of Curriculum/middle Leadership and management across the partnership; continue with middle leader meetings to further develop shared understanding of roles and curriculum/middle.
This focus will enhance their Middle Leaders to lead on outstanding Teaching and Learning in their specific areas of responsibility and will provide group coaching opportunities |
Senior leader from Manor school to host meetings, lead discussions, support sharing of best practice etc. Hub/leaders to discuss and present current practice to develop a shared roles and responsibilities in curriculum/middle leadership |

| 2. Further enhance leaders' confidence, knowledge, and strategic understanding of how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used safely, ethically, and effectively to improve teaching, learning, assessment, and operational efficiency across the school |
Deliver professional learning session introducing AI, including current applications, benefits, limitations, ethical considerations, and data protection requirements. Facilitate workshops where leaders explore AI tools for curriculum planning, assessment design, feedback, administration, and communication. Review national guidance and emerging research on AI in education to inform school policy and practice. Ensure leaders understand the ethical, legal, and safeguarding implications of AI, including bias, privacy, copyright, academic integrity, and responsible use. |
Leaders demonstrate increased confidence and competence in evaluating and using AI effectively. A shared understanding of responsible and ethical AI use is evident across the leadership team. A whole-school guidance document is developed and implemented. AI is used appropriately to enhance teaching, learning, assessment, and leadership efficiency. Evidence shows that AI implementation contributes positively to teaching quality, workload reduction, and pupil learning experiences. |

| 3. Further strengthen leaders' knowledge, skills, and strategic oversight of evidence-informed approaches to supporting pupils with challenging behaviour, ensuring consistent, inclusive, and effective practice across their school |
Deliver professional learning for leaders on evidence-informed behaviour approaches, including positive behaviour support, trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, and relational practice. Facilitate opportunities for leaders to observe effective behaviour management practice within and beyond the school. Engage with current research and national guidance on behaviour, inclusion, additional learning needs, and emotional wellbeing to inform leadership decisions. Establish regular professional dialogue among leaders to analyse behaviour trends, identify emerging needs, and evaluate the impact of interventions. Develop leaders' skills in using behaviour data to identify patterns, target support, and inform strategic planning. |
Leaders demonstrate increased confidence and expertise in supporting staff to manage challenging behaviour effectively. Staff report increased confidence in managing behaviour through clear leadership, coaching, and professional learning. Behaviour data indicates reductions in repeated incidents, exclusions, and disruptive behaviour where appropriate. Positive relationships, engagement in learning, attendance, and inclusion improve for pupils requiring additional behavioural support. |
