At Manor School, we believe maths is a key life skill that helps pupils gain independence. Aligned with our motto ‘Love, Learn, Laugh’, we teach maths in a fun and engaging way, using hands-on activities and visual aids. Each pupil's learning is tailored to their individual needs, ensuring they reach their full potential. Our lessons cover key areas like counting, problem-solving, shapes, and measurement, with a focus on making maths accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We use resources like Numicon to support understanding, and lessons are designed around pupils' interests to keep them motivated.

In addition to building essential maths skills, we also prepare pupils for the future by including Financial Education in our curriculum, teaching them to handle money and manage finances confidently. Through our engaging and supportive approach, we aim to ensure every child develops a positive attitude towards maths and feels confident in their abilities.
